Support in Portuguese, English and Spanish from a team in the city. A shower problem at 9pm is solved by somebody living fifteen minutes away, not by a form.

A neighbourhood guide with what opens early, what is worth queueing for and what to avoid at each time of day. An itinerary by style, not the usual list of ten sights.

Can I book already?
Not yet. We are in pre launch and the homes on this page are neighbourhood models, not available units. Leave your contact and you will be told when the first unit opens its calendar.
Are the photos of the units?
The photos are of the neighbourhoods and the city, credited and licensed in the footer. Unit photography only appears once a unit is contracted and photographed, and it will be identified as such.
How does check-in work?
A smart lock with your own code, sent the day before along with the neighbourhood guide. There is no physical key to collect and no reception hours to meet.
Are the Viva+ services mandatory?
None of them. Everything in the table is optional, has a published price up front and can be declined without friction. On a platform booking, extras are described in advance and charged by the platform itself.
