These requirements guide selection, preparation and review. Each real property page identifies only what has already been verified for that unit.
Wi-Fi measured, not promised
Speed will be tested in each unit before publication. The result, test date and test conditions will be shown in the real listing.
Linen and inspection as a planned standard
The operating model includes unit-specific linen and an inspection record. The final procedure will only be published after validation in the first operation.
Local support as a requirement
The proposal requires a local support and maintenance network. People, coverage and hours will only be published after they are contracted and tested, with no SLA promised beforehand.
An area guide with sources
Each guide must separate local experience, measured distance and editorial opinion. Details that change, such as hours and access, will be dated before entering a listing.
Open numbers before a contract
The proposal will show the fee, scope, optional items and responsibilities before signing. No simulator result will be treated as a revenue promise.

The method will be set per unit and condominium rules. The preference is for tested access and instructions sent before arrival, but this will only be confirmed in the real listing.

No. The proposal is to keep extras optional and show the price and conditions before a choice. Charging and availability will depend on the unit and booking channel.
