Where each home sits, and what is around it.

Tap a neighbourhood
Positions and distances are calculated from approximate coordinates for each neighbourhood and landmark, in a straight line. They orient you, they are not for navigation, and times assume 4.5 km/h on foot and 22 km/h by car in the city.
Standards
What the brand guarantees before there are any reviews.
A new brand has no rating history. What it can have is a written standard, verifiable and identical in every unit. These are the six commitments that hold from the first stay.
Wi-Fi measured, not promised
Speed tested in every unit before publishing, with the measurement shown in the listing. Dedicated network, a real desk and a chair that survives a working day.
Hotel grade linen and photo inspection
White hotel grade bed linen changed every stay. Every clean ends with a photo record of the same eight points, filed by date.
Local people answering
Support in Portuguese, English and Spanish from a team in the city. A shower problem at 9pm is solved by somebody living fifteen minutes away, not by a form.
The city explained, not listed
A neighbourhood guide with what opens early, what is worth queueing for and what to avoid at each time of day. An itinerary by style, not the usual list of ten sights.
Open accounts from start to finish
Total price before booking, with no fee appearing at the last step. What is optional is marked as optional and can be declined without friction.

Salvador is not visited. Salvador is frequented.
Street carnival, the largest in the world, neighbourhood festivals all year, dendê cooking, capoeira at dusk and the sea on two sides. The guide you receive does not list ten sights, it tells you what time to go.

Can I book already?
Not yet. We are in pre launch and the homes on this page are neighbourhood models, not available units. Leave your contact and you will be told when the first unit opens its calendar.
Are the photos of the units?
The photos are of the neighbourhoods and the city, credited and licensed in the footer. Unit photography only appears once a unit is contracted and photographed, and it will be identified as such.
How does check-in work?
A smart lock with your own code, sent the day before along with the neighbourhood guide. There is no physical key to collect and no reception hours to meet.
Are the Viva+ services mandatory?
None of them. Everything in the table is optional, has a published price up front and can be declined without friction. On a platform booking, extras are described in advance and charged by the platform itself.
